In A Meatery Masterclass, Baz butchers down a cut of meat, sometimes a well known favourite, other times an underrated gem that makes an unbelievable meal. He takes you through the full journey from farm to fork, showing where the cut comes from, how to prepare it, and what makes it special.
Baz then teams up with a chef from The Clock House to cook the dish to perfection, giving you a step-by-step look at how you can recreate the same standout meal at home.
